Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Experience

5+ Years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in GRC/IRM implementations.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, develop, and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC development, scripting, and UI Builder, with the ability to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions that support enterprise risk and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
" Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows.
" Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and ServiceNow Workspace technologies.
" Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
" Leverage Claude to accelerate ServiceNow GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
" Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
" Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
" Develop integrations with enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs and integration frameworks.
" Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
" Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
" Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
" Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Required Qualifications
" Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development.
" Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
" Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
" Experience using Claude for ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
" Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
" Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
" Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
