Geotechnical Engineer

Overview:

We are currently seeking Staff Engineers to join our team, specializing in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing. This is an excellent opportunity for both entry-level and early-career engineers looking to build a career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for geotechnical and construction materials testing projects
• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
• Perform site investigations and geotechnical evaluations
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards
• Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and clients to deliver high-quality results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE or MSCE required)
• 0–5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and/or construction materials testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ICC certifications (e.g., Soils, Concrete, Asphalt) are a plus
