Key Responsibilities
Support geotechnical projects from planning through completion Assist with project scope development, scheduling, and budget tracking Perform geotechnical analysis and develop practical engineering recommendations Prepare reports, calculations, and project documentation Coordinate field investigations, observations, and testing activities Communicate with clients, project teams, and internal staff Participate in quality assurance and quality control efforts Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development as appropriate
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required Geotechnical focus preferred Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred PE license or ability to obtain preferred 4-8 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience preferred Experience with geotechnical investigations, analysis, and reporting DOT project experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software
