The ideal candidate will have the following experience or be willing to learn:

  • Tasks in other practice areas within the company and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Basic knowledge of soils, construction materials, or geotechnical engineering
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude when working with contractors and clients
  • Willingness to learn field and laboratory testing procedures and standards
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the company
