Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Brighton, MA
The Position: Full-time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Brighton, MA, providing primary care to older adults across clinic, home, and long-term care settings as part of an interdisciplinary team. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. No nights. No weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000 to $150,000 base salary, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
- Provide primary care to geriatric participants across clinic, home, and nursing facility settings.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call coverage.
- Conduct annual and semi-annual physical exams
- Perform initial assessments for new participants
- Perform quarterly evaluations throughout their first year
- Manage acute, chronic, and post-hospital care
- Complete home and nursing facility visits
- Lead patient and family education
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
Requirements:
- Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2 years of geriatric experience
- Active Massachusetts NP or PA license
- DEA registration
- CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
