Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center, located in Frederick MD is hiring for Geriatric Nursing Assistant positions for day (7a-3p) and evening (3p-11p) shifts, and every other weekend night shift (11p-7a).

Employment Sign on Bonus offered:

$5000 for Full-Time DAY SHIFT Positions

$3000 for Full-Time EVENING Positions

$2500 for Part-Time DAY SHIFT Positions (24 hours/week)

$1500 for Part-Time EVENING Positions (24 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities

• Check and record vital signs, measure height and weight, report and record observations of resident's conditions.

• Check and pass food trays, assist residents with meals, provide fresh drinking water and nourishments.

• Turn and position residents, provide range of motion exercises, transfer residents, assist with ambulation.

• Bathe residents, provide nail and hair care, assist with oral hygiene, shave residents, assist with dressing and undressing.

• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality, keep call signals within resident's reach, answer call signal promptly, provide orientation to the room or unit and to other visitors and residents, assist residents with communication, prepare hot and cold applications.

License/Certification

• Maryland CNA-I/GNA/Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification required
