Job Summary:


CarePartners is seeking a geriatric physician to join our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).


Qualified Candidates :


+ Board eligible/certified

+ This is an independent role and candidates must have experience treating geriatric, internal medicine or mental health patients

+ Please note that this position does not offer visa support


Position Highlights:


+ Schedules is M-F 8 am to 5 pm with on-call coverage

+ Incoming candidate will join 1 other physician

+ Practice is well supported by APPs, LCSW, LPNs, and RNs

+ Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care; consults with interdisciplinary team regarding patient assessment findings
