Our organization is seeking a board eligible or board certified geriatrician to become part of our faculty as a clinician educator, focusing on the training of fellows and internal medicine residents. We operate an active homecare service that spans 11 counties in Northeastern New York, alongside an outpatient internal medicine primary care division that serves as the continuity training site for our geriatrics fellowship and a significant portion of our internal medicine residency program.
Additionally, our practice serves as a teaching facility for medical students across all four years, as well as for physician assistant and pharmacy students.
Our geriatric fellowship program represents a distinctive collaboration between our institution and the Eddy Senior Care system, part of St. Peter's Health Partners, featuring inter-professional training opportunities across various care environments.
