Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare's highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the quaint rolling hills of Northwestern Connecticut. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing majority team-based Outpatient Geriatric Care, with the opportunity for Inpatient and Palliative Care as well.

Geriatrician Position Summary:

• Comp range: $240,000+ and incentives
• Role: Approx. 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient services.

o The role can be malleable based on the physician's interests

• Location: Torrington, CT area
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
• Job Schedule: Full Time
• Standard Hours: 40

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Geriatrics
• Dual certified in palliative care is a plus
