Job Description

Our Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) Picker/Loaders are critical to our success at FritoLay! GES Picker/Loaders are responsible for a variety of warehouse duties in our state-of-the-art automated warehouse referred to as Geographic Enterprise Solutions. Although you will start out as a GES Picker/Loader for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.

In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:

  • Pick the correct products for customer orders using warehouse technology including pick-to-light systems.
  • Ensure proper cart handling throughout the warehouse and within trailers.
  • Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases safely on the trailer floor.
  • Organize cartons by recycling damages and sorting reusable cartons to be reused in the plant.
  • General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash)
  • Meet performance and productivity expectations while following all safety and quality standards

We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
  • You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Our application takes 20-25 minutes to finish on any device. Our mission is to get you in for an interview instead of jumping through hoops. Just keep an eye on your e-mail, and we will take care of the rest.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.

PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity
