If you're the type of person who can walk into a room, make friends in five minutes, and leave everyone smiling — we want to talk to you.
We're a solar company based in Los Angeles and we're building out our appointment setting team. Your job is simple: connect with people (that we've researched), have real conversations, and book appointments. That's it. Our sales team handles everything after that.
Compensation:
- $100 every time you book a qualified appointment
- $1,500–$2,000 bonus once our sales rep closes that appointment
- No cap. No ceiling. The more conversations you have, the more you earn.
And yes — we know how this sounds. We'll just say it: this is not a scam. This is a real role at a real company, and we genuinely just need people with great energy and people skills.
What we're actually looking for:
- You're based in Los Angeles
- You love talking to people — like, genuinely
- You're kind, warm, and easy to trust
- You stay organized and follow through
- You're willing to learn — no experience required, just the right attitude
What this is NOT:
- This is not a cold call center job
- You are not selling anything
- You don't need a background in sales or solar
- No pressure tactics. Ever.
