This is an interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates
â Meet directly with our hiring team â Participate in live onsite Lakeland, FL â Learn more about our work environment â Selected candidates may move forward quickly in the hiring process
â What We’re Looking For:
â Strong communication and customer service skills â Experience in healthcare support: healthcare insurance follow-up, billing, or call center environments preferred â Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment â Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others
ð¼ Compensation & Equipment:
Compensation:
Insurance Follow-Up Specialist: $16 -$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
BONUS opportunity: All positions are eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance
