Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN)

Bring calm to chaos and deliver life-saving care when every second counts. We’re seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join a fast-paced emergency team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across all age groups.

Schedule: Part-Time | 2x12-hour shifts + 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency care for patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions

  • Perform rapid triage assessments using ESI standards

  • Administer treatments, medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions

  • Operate and monitor emergency care equipment and diagnostic tools

  • Reassess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge care, and recovery

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the patient care process

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active RN license in state of practice

  • Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital RN experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience

  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations

Required Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA or RQI)

  • ACLS (AHA or RQI)

  • PALS (AHA or RQI)

  • Stroke Certification
