Ghost City Ambassador (Walking Tour Guide) - Charleston, SC Company: Ghost City Tours Location: Charleston, SC | Part-Time Pay: $50 per tour + 100% of tips Schedule: Evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods Ghost City Tours is seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to become Ghost City Ambassadors. More than a tour guide, you'll be the face of our company-creating unforgettable experiences through engaging storytelling, exceptional guest service, and a genuine passion for Charleston. What You'll Do Lead guided walking tours through historic Charleston. Deliver company-approved stories with confidence and personality. Welcome guests and create a fun, memorable, and professional experience. Manage group safety, pacing, and engagement throughout the tour. Represent Ghost City Tours and Charleston with professionalism and pride. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to provide an outstanding guest experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and dependable. Comfortable speaking to groups. Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused. Passionate about Charleston's rich history, culture, and legendary ghost stories. Coachable and eager to learn. Professional, confident, and responsible. Experience in hospitality, tourism, theater, teaching, customer service, restaurants, events, or public speaking is a plus-but not required. We provide comprehensive training. Requirements Applicants must be able to: Speak clearly and confidently to groups outdoors. Learn and retain prepared tour material. Walk and stand for the duration of tours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism seasons. What we're looking for

Public speaking, acting, customer service, teaching, storytelling, reside within 20 miles of the tour location, and are reliably able to commute.

Pay

Paid training, $50 per tour plus 100% tips.
