Looking to join the premier Gastroenterology team providing high-quality specialized care in a modern outpatient setting. Supported by a 11:1 Medical Assistant ratio, you will manage a patient volume of 14-16 PPD, ramping up to 20, focusing on clinical excellence without the demands of inpatient rounding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical exams • Elicit histories and determine tentative diagnoses • Order/interpret labs and diagnostic tests • Counsel patients on disease management
Full-time Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Collaborate with a supervising Physician and facilitate specialty referrals.
Qualifications:
• Licensure: Current Texas NP or PA license • Experience: Previous medical/nursing experience required; GI experience strongly preferred • Skills: Strong clinical decision-making and a talent for building patient rapport
