Description:
The Shift Lead is an essential part of Gia’s operations, responsible for leading by example and helping deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate register including credit and cash transactions
- Pack and review to-go orders as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Complete weekly paperwork alongside or in absence of General Manager
Qualifications:
- Must consent to and pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Must be willing to consent to random and for-a-cause drug testing
- Prior serving experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have or be willing to obtain an alcohol license (beer only)
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred
