Randall Consolidated School District is seeking a dynamic and student-centered educator to serve as our Gifted & Talented Coordinator and Math Interventionist. This position provides leadership in identifying, supporting, and challenging gifted learners while also delivering targeted mathematics intervention services to students requiring additional academic support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the district's Gifted & Talented program, including student identification, progress monitoring, and enrichment opportunities.
Collaborate with teachers to develop differentiated instruction and enrichment experiences for advanced learners.
Provide direct math intervention services to students based on assessment data and identified needs.
Monitor student growth and utilize data to guide instructional decisions.
Partner with classroom teachers, families, and administrators to support student achievement.
Assist in the development and implementation of district-wide academic support systems.
Qualifications:
Wisconsin teaching license required.
Background in gifted education, mathematics instruction, intervention services, or related areas preferred.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
