Position Summary
The Girl Scout Cookie Program Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the council’s short- and long-term product sales strategy within an assigned region. This role leads the regional implementation of the annual girl-led product sales tactical plan to ensure the success of council product sales programs, volunteer engagement, and member participation.
The Girl Scout Cookie Program Manager provides leadership, training, coordination, and ongoing support to Product Sales Volunteers while fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional program outcomes. This position serves as a key ambassador of the Girl Scout mission by promoting outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and adherence to council policies and procedures.

Please note that this position is primarily remote; however, employees are expected to report to the North Haven office at least once per week. This role also requires regular remote work and support throughout the Southeastern region of Connecticut.
