About the Role:
Join Silver Stars Gymnastics & Fitness as a Girls Artistic Gymnastics Level 3-4 Coach in Silver Spring, MD. We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to inspire and develop young gymnasts, fostering their skills and confidence in a supportive environment.



Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging training sessions for Level 3-4 gymnasts
• Provide constructive feedback and support to athletes during practice
• Monitor and assess gymnast progress, adjusting training plans as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities
• Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among gymnasts
• Prepare athletes for competitions and assist with meet day logistics
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding gymnast development
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience in artistic gymnastics, preferably at Level 4
• Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Passion for gymnastics and youth development
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Background check clearance required

Competitive hourly pay: $20 – $40/hour
