    Job Description

    Position Overview: The Franklin School District Basketball Program is seeking passionate, committed, and team-oriented assistant coach to support our youth basketball efforts.

    Key Responsbilities:

    • Season is November through March
    • Assist with practices and games
    • Support and/or lead youth team practices and tournaments
    • Uphold and model the FPS Basketball culture rooted in toughness, character, and growth
    • Teach and reinforce core concepts such as Swing Offense, team defense, and skill development
    • Serve as a mentor and role model for players both on and off the court
