JOB SUMMARY
Kennedy Catholic is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to lead our newly instituted Girls Flag Football program. The Athletics program at Kennedy Catholic has a strong tradition of excellence and participation with over 600 student-athletes participating across 26 sports.

COMPENSATION
Kennedy Catholic High School offers competitive stipends paid in two installments – half-way through the season and after the season's conclusion. Stipend range is $5,000-$6,000 Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
This position is not eligible for benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Previous coaching experience in football (flag or tackle), preferably at the high school or club level
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
•Experience coaching girls' sports or mentoring young women in athletics preferred
•Completion of required WIAA coaching certifications at or upon hiring
•CPR/First Aid Certificate at or upon hiring
