Assumes the duties of the varsity head coach in his/her absence. Performing and assisting in all duties assigned to and by the varsity head coach. Communicating with the varsity head coach concerning any facet of that sport program. Make a persistent effort to keep current as to the appropriate coaching methodologies. Assist the head coach with the inventory and the selection of new supplies and equipment. Also, help with the issuance and collection of equipment. Carry out all other duties
