Experience coaching and/or playing soccer at the high school level is preferred.

Schedule (Approximately)

Practice starts in the middle of August. The team practices at Willmar Middle School, Monday through Friday from 3:00-4:30 PM. On home competition days, coaches are responsible for the team between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM. On away competition days, coaches can be responsible for students from as early as 2:00 PM, to as late as 8:30 PM depending on a variety of factors. (All dates and times are approximate)

Seasonal - Mid August 2026 through

Mid October 2026

Benefits for this position are limited due to the limited and variable nature of the role.

Sick Leave/Earned Safe & Sick Time - Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
