NEW HIRES ARE CONDITIONAL UPON PASSING A FINGERPRINT SCREENING
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -------------------------
• Type 2 license or willingness to obtain • Must meet WIAA coaching requirements • Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies, and guidelines • High School Diploma required • Mentor coaches within program • Direct all phases of athletic program • Strong organizational and communication skills • Coordinate out of season camp and/or clinics as needed or required • Attend District training regarding concussion management • Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligibility
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS -------------------------
• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate • Bachelors Degree or higher • Previous head coach experience at high school or collegiate level or five (5) years as an assistant coach
