Girls Wrestling Coach 26-27

Reports to: Director of Athletics

School Description: Racine St. Catherine's High School is a 9 - 12th grade school system with approximately 500 students. SCHS is a faith community in the Catholic, Dominican tradition committed to the Catholic. Dominican tradition committed to the Christian Education of young men and women. It is sponsored by the Racine Dominicans and witnesses to the mission, values, and commitment of its sponsors. It is supported by a strong partnership with the students, parents, staff, alumni, board, foundation, local parishes, and the Greater Racine Community.

Job Summary: SCHS is currently looking for a Girls Wrestling Coach for the 2026 Winter Season. Responsibilities for the position include:

• Plan and conduct daily practices for assigned team.
• Coordinate and direct ALL LEVELS of the program by conducting coaches' meetings and parent meetings, developing team rules, assisting other coaches in the development of practices and maintaining strong communication at each level
• Maintain accurate statistics for wins/losses and athlete statistics/performances. (All-Conference, team records, etc.)
• Maintain and update TrackWrestling.
• Follow rules and regulations set forth in the Coaches Handbook.
• Develop team rules, rosters and calendars.
• Develop strategies and make recommendations to enhance the future of the program.
• Evaluate assistant coaches.
• Keep accurate inventory of equipment, uniforms, etc. (must have file with AD)
• Work with Director of Athletics on developing an appropriate annual budget.
• Assist in scheduling program transportation requests, etc.
