Introduction

We are seeking a skilled individual with a background in geospatial analytics and agronomy to support data analytics and reporting for marketing initiatives focused on the agronomic value of John Deere’s technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with large agricultural datasets to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Geospatial Analytics background in the context of agriculture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, R, Databricks
• Ability to manage analytical projects from start to finish
• Prior work experience in the agricultural industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with John Deere Operation Center
• Knowledge of Python, Tableau, PowerBI
• Master's degree in a related field

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with large agricultural datasets from connected equipment, field trials, remote sensing platforms, and environmental data sources
• Manage analytical projects including data processing, statistical analysis, visualization, interpretation, and communication of results
• Develop analytical approaches to meet project objectives and deliver well-supported recommendations and conclusions
