Clarity Partners is seeking a GIS Analyst local to Chicago, IL. This individual will be working on projects relating to Geographic Information System technology, programming & application development and will contribute to the alignment of GIS solutions. This position will report in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Enterprise Users, Group, and Content permissions.
  • Designs and implements applications using ESRI web technologies.
  • Troubleshoot ArcGIS products such as Map Requests, Mobile Apps, Web Maps, and Services as well as providing GIS support email monitoring.
  • Conducts data analysis and preparation of documents, data reports, and maps.
  • Lead solution implementation, provide support, and conduct training sessions.
  • Utilize Power BI Dashboards and reporting.
  • Assist in asset editing tasks as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in the use of ArcGIS Desktop / ArcPro / ArcGIS Enterprise and relational databases.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, and Access), Microsoft Windows, Internet, and computer networks.
  • Experience using Power Bi and dashboarding.
  • Application design, web authoring, and GIS scripting.
  • Spatial and relational data analysis, data management, analytical modeling, statistics.
  • Microsoft Office software for document, spreadsheet, database, and presentation preparation.
  • Partial / tabular data collection, organization, management, and processing.
  • Strong Cartographic production/digital mapping skills, as well as documentation.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical GIS users.
  • Ability to learn new skills related to information technology, planning, or other agency priorities as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, computer science, or related field.

Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the GIS Analyst, the base salary pay range is $75,000 - $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
