We are looking for a spatial problem solver who views maps as living, breathing databases rather than static graphics. As our GIS Analyst, you will become the operational backbone of geographic strategy across Central and Western Indiana. 

You will spend your weeks engineering robust spatial databases, writing clean Python and SQL scripts to clean up messy manual workflows, and translating layered geodatabase records into predictive, highly accessible dashboards. Build modern mapping pipelines from the ground up and see your spatial insights drive critical business decisions every day.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Spatial Modeling Analysis: Execute complex spatial queries, buffering, and overlay operations to guide land-use, logistical, and site-selection workflows.
• Workflow Automation Scripting: Write and optimize Python and SQL tasks to transform manual, repetitive data collection into single-click ETL models.
• Geodatabase Architecture: Maintain, structure, and verify the quality assurance (QA/QC) of geospatial layers, web maps, and external database links.

What Success Looks Like

• Technical Competency: Minimum 1+ years of production-level experience administering the Esri/ArcGIS Pro suite.
• Functional Scripting: Experience utilizing basic Python, ModelBuilder, or SQL commands to query databases and handle bulk spatial transformations.
