Client is seeking an experienced
GIS Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise GIS applications and services within the City's ArcGIS Enterprise environment.
The selected consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining ArcGIS Server applications, web mapping solutions, geospatial services, system integrations, automation scripts, and GIS workflows supporting multiple City departments. The GIS Developer will collaborate with GIS Analysts, database administrators, developers, engineers, planners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable GIS solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong ArcGIS Enterprise development experience, expertise in Python scripting, geospatial data management, application development, system integration, and GIS process automation.
The City utilizes ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, geodatabases, web services, and enterprise GIS applications supporting infrastructure, planning, engineering, transportation, and municipal operations.
Experience• 5+ years of GIS Application Development experience.
• Experience developing applications within ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Server environments.
• Experience creating and maintaining ArcGIS Server services and applications.
• Experience developing GIS web applications and geospatial services.
• Experience developing Python scripts for GIS automation.
• Experience creating automated workflows for:
- Database creation
- Data publishing
- Data transformation
- System integration
- Data maintenance
• Experience supporting enterprise geodatabases.
• Experience integrating GIS applications with enterprise systems.
