In the role of GIS intern, we''ll count on you to:

• Gain real-world experience on projects by developing and implementing geospatial and data visualization solutions.

• Assist with spatial analysis, map production, data editing, and GIS database management using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.

• Support field data collection and QA/QC of GIS datasets.

• Collaborate with GIS staff and project teams on a variety of assignments under direct supervision.

• Participate in mentoring and young professionals'' programs.

• Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Geography, GIS, Geospatial Science, Planning, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.

• Experience with ArcGIS Online web maps, dashboards, Field Maps, Survey123, or Python scripting is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
