Develop, manage, and maintain spatial databases and GIS systems to support carbon project implementation and MRV activities. Conduct spatial analysis for land use/land cover (LULC), forest cover change, ecosystem assessment, and carbon project monitoring. Process and analyze remote sensing datasets including satellite imagery, UAV/drone imagery, and geospatial datasets. Support the development and implementation of MRV systems by integrating GIS, remote sensing, and field data. Generate maps, dashboards, and spatial reports for internal project monitoring and external stakeholder requirements. Perform spatial quality control and validation of geospatial datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support activity data generation and spatial assessments required for carbon accounting methodologies and standards. Assist in baseline development, leakage assessment, stratification, and spatial risk assessments for carbon projects. Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper geospatial data collection and alignment with project requirements. Support preparation of technical documentation, reports, and datasets for validation, verification, and due diligence processes. Maintain geospatial data management standards, metadata, and version control practices. Stay updated with emerging GIS technologies, remote sensing applications, and spatial analytical methods relevant to carbon and environmental projects. Qualifications
