Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite)

We are seeking a skilled GitHub / Azure DevOps Engineer for an exciting opportunity with one of our premier Financial/Banking clients in the Irving, TX area. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about modern DevOps practices, GitHub automation, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support GitHub Enterprise solutions and automation frameworks
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML-based workflows
• Configure and manage GitHub Actions, Workflows, Advanced Security, CodeQL, and Dependabot
• Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance SDLC processes and secure coding practices
• Support DevOps best practices across enterprise development environments
• Optimize automation and deployment strategies for scalability and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Experience deploying application to Azure Cloud
• Hands-on experience with the GitHub platform and
  
  related automation tools:
• GitHub Actions
• Workflows
• GitHub Advanced Security
• CodeQL
• Dependabot
• Strong CI/CD experience using YAML pipelines
• Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps environments
• Knowledge of GitHub Enterprise implementation and enterprise-level features
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and automation best practices
• Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot Enterprise to improve development workflows and secure coding practices

Preferred

• Financial services or banking industry experience is a plus
