Our client, a leading global creative agency known for shaping culture and driving brand growth through advertising, experiential, and PR is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented General Ledger (GL) Accountant. This role sits in our Philadelphia office and partners closely with finance teams across our international network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end close duties, prepare accurate journal entries, and handle financial reporting.
Conduct account reconciliations for balance sheets and manage intercompany transactions.
Oversee cash flow by monitoring daily bank activity and preparing forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and maintain ledger integrity.
Support compliance with internal financial policies and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of general accounting experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP software is a strong plus.
Highly organized, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
