Job Title: GL Accountant
Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 4 Months

Hours:
M-F 8-5, typically 8 hour day- month end close and invoicing week might require some overtime

Remote/Hybrid/In-person:
Hybrid Model- 2 days a week, 2 weeks a month onsite

Summary:
As a **** GL Accountant Sr, you will be responsible for complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.

• Standard labor costing
• Project invoicing
• Payment application
• Account reconciliation
• Journal entries
• Month end close responsibilities
• Project Set Up
• Billing/Revenue Schedule set up
• Vendor Set Up
• Client Set Up

Must Have Skills:

• Project Accounting
• Reconciliations
• Journal entries, invoicing

Nice to have skills:

• Dynamics SL or Dynamics 365 or any large ERP

Years of Experience:

• 7+ years

Education

• Minimum of bachelor's degree
• CPA not needed

Software skills:

• Medium level Excel experience
• 2 main software are excel and Adobe acrobat
• A lot of PDF modifications
