We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Project & Field Support Manager to oversee glass and glazing service operations, including estimating, scheduling, material coordination, and field support, while supporting business development and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee estimates and proposals
- Develop scopes of work and maintain project documentation
- Support business development by building client relationships and expanding service opportunities
- Oversee material ordering, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
- Perform quality control checks and coordinate fabrication needs
- Verify vendor pricing and material compliance with project requirements
- Participate in daily scheduling and service meetings
- Visit job sites to maintain client relationships and identify service opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in glass and glazing, construction, estimating, project coordination, or service management preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with field teams, vendors, and clients
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on supporting company growth
Pay Rate: $70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
