Glass and Glazing Service Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Project & Field Support Manager to oversee glass and glazing service operations, including estimating, scheduling, material coordination, and field support, while supporting business development and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee estimates and proposalsDevelop scopes of work and maintain project documentationSupport business development by building client relationships and expanding service opportunitiesOversee material ordering, purchase orders, and delivery schedulesPerform quality control checks and coordinate fabrication needsVerify vendor pricing and material compliance with project requirementsParticipate in daily scheduling and service meetingsVisit job sites to maintain client relationships and identify service opportunitiesQualificationsExperience in glass and glazing, construction, estimating, project coordination, or service management preferredStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work with field teams, vendors, and clientsStrong relationship-building skills with a focus on supporting company growth Pay Rate: $70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
