Glass Door and Frame Production Assembler

Do you take pride in precise assembly work? Can you read a tape measure, interpret job specs, and keep a workstation spotless using 6S? If so, you could be the next key contributor on our door systems production team.

Your impact

In this role, you’ll transform glass, doors, frames, and related parts into reliable sub-assemblies and finished units that our customers count on every day. You’ll follow travelers and SOPs, use a range of tools, and verify quality at each step to keep our promises of safety, performance, and delivery.

On a typical day you will

• Assemble components per standard work, moving from parts to sub-assemblies to completed products.
• Work proficiently with hand tools, electric drivers, and pneumatic tools.
• Meet or exceed targets for quality, productivity, safety, and housekeeping.
• Maintain an organized, clean area by practicing 6S across shared spaces.
• Perform basic setups/adjustments on equipment with supervision.
• Inspect using visual checks, tape measures, gauges, check fixtures, and calipers.
• Flag defective materials or issues to your lead or supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to SOPs and leader direction; cross-train and support other processes as needed.
• Operate with minimal supervision while handling varied assembly tasks.

Shifts and hourly pay

• 1st: 6:00 am–2:30 pm | $18.50/hr
• 2nd: 3:00 pm–11:30 pm | $20.50/hr

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience
• Basic reading/writing and PC literacy
• Math confidence with fractions and decimals; accurate tape measure skills
• Clear communication and a team-first approach
• Knowledge of 6S and ability to follow detailed job specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet (or seated) for extended periods
• Comfort switching between multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment
