We specialize in custom glass installations, including frameless shower enclosures, glass railings, and more. With a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to training and developing skilled professionals in the glass industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians with the installation of frameless glass products, including shower enclosures, railings, mirrors, and other custom glass applications.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and best practices in glass handling and installation.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow instructions and seek guidance from experienced professionals to develop skills in glass cutting, measuring, and installation techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations, ensuring client satisfaction with the finished product.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in learning and developing skills in the construction or glass industry.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites across Oahu.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
