We are a busy glass shop serving North County Coastal looking for an experienced glazier to join our team. We have an excellent reputation and want a person who can contribute positively to our company.
The Glazier / Installer delivers a safe, quality customer experience in the home.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- 4 + years residential glass installation experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test, have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the USA,
- Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 70lbs unassisted, and be comfortable on ladders
Preferred Skills:
- Journeyman-level glazing experience
- Residential glass replacement including single & dual pane window and door glass, shower enclosures, wardrobe doors, mirrors, frames and some hardware. Training available if you are missing a skill.
- Commercial glass replacement
- Ability to accurately measure/quote a plus
- Effective troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal communications skills
- Consistently practices clear, effective, polite communication with customers and fellow team members
- Hardworking, motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Responsible with tools and equipment
- Safety conscious
