Job Summary
We are seeking a Glazier/Glass Installer to join our team! As a Glazier, you will be traveling to different job sites, inspecting the area, and installing a variety of different glass products based on the client's needs, including commercial and residential windows, shower glass, and even mirrors. You will also be maintaining a safe, clean work environment, taking accurate measurements of the space, and answering client questions on-site. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. 

Responsibilities 
  • Conduct accurate field measuring on dimensions and patterns for architectural aluminum solutions (glass, storefront, curtain wall, mirrors, brake metal, railings, etc.)
  • Receive glass/metal and load all appropriate materials onto trucks for job installation (heavy lifting) while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Cut/Fabricate aluminum extrusions per cut sheets for installation
  • Install storefront and curtain wall openings along with aluminum or glass doors with applicable hardware
  • Set glass into their appropriate openings with the use of suction cups (machines used when necessary).
  • Install glass railings, canopies, mirrors, brake metal, etc. as they pertain to the architectural aluminum solutions required per the project.
  • Caulk/seal glass or aluminum opening in place with its adjacent material
  • Accurately and safely install glass of many types, with strong attention to detail 
  • Communicate professionally and effectively
  • Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment
  • Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installation
