The Global Benefits Manager leads a lean team and partners closely with HR, vendors, and external advisors to design competitive benefit programs, manage regulatory compliance, oversee vendor performance, and continuously improve benefits operations. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role drives program excellence through strong governance, data-informed decision-making, and a focus on service quality and employee experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 7+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits and leave administration; Canada experience preferred. Prior people's leadership experience, with success managing small teams or leading work in a lean environment. Ability to balance strategic priorities with oversight on operational delivery. Deep expertise in health & welfare plans, leave of absence programs, and regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, etc.). Strong knowledge of the benefits of plan design, funding strategies, and vendor management. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization preferred. Proficiency in SAP, benefits administration platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
