Job Description:
· Location and/or time zone: PHK- Typical Hybrid schedule
· Reason for opening: 2 openings for leave coverage - but one will go through end of December and the other will go through end of January, possibly longer

Desired Candidate Profile:
· Minimum required years of experience: ~6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related roles
· Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Must have skills:
· Brand Marketing experience - pervious is going to be ideal and preferred over others, but otherwise sports brand companies or large global companies
Nice to have skills:
· Collaborative
· Drive clear and concise communications
· Software/technical requirements:
· Keynote, Airtable
· Microsoft Office/Tools
· Previous /industry experience preference: Yes. Candidates that have worked previously within Global Brand will be preferred
POSITION OVERVIEW
· The Global NSW Brand Manager supports the development and execution of Sportswear’s global brand strategy.
· This role connects consumer insights, product priorities, and seasonal storytelling to deliver integrated brand plans that drive relevance and growth across geographies.
· You will partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality across the global offense.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
· Support the development of global and seasonal NSW brand plans aligned to broader strategic priorities
· Translate consumer, marketplace, and cultural insights into actionable brand opportunities
· Contribute to the creation of clear, compelling briefs that guide integrated marketing plans
· Help deliver end-to-end seasonal storytelling, ensuring alignment across product, brand, and consumer moments
· Partner with Brand Creative, Digital, Retail, and other marketing functions to ensure cohesive execution
· Collaborate with Geography teams to adapt global direction to local market needs
· Support planning processes, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure on-time execution
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
· You will work across a cross-functional ecosystem including Brand Management, Creative, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations, and Geography Brand Teams.
· You will partner closely with global and geo stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of brand plans.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related roles
· Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with attention to detail
· Effective collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams
· Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
· Clear and concise communicator with ability to simplify complex ideas
· Passion for sport, culture, and the Sportswear consumer
Preferred:
· Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
· Exposure to integrated marketing across digital and retail channels
· Experience partnering with creative teams to develop briefs and evaluate work
· Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity
