Mission/Objectives
As part of the House of Brands, American Whiskey team, the Global Brand Manager, Craft Whiskey contributes to the development, activation, and geo-expansion of the Craft Whiskey portfolio globally, with a focus on Russell's Reserve and Wilderness Trail.
The Brand Manager of Craft Whiskey leads the strategic thinking and implementation of the Craft Whiskey portfolio, managing all stages of the global brand positioning process including annual Diagnostic and brand planning, creative development, performance tracking, market expansion analysis & recommendation, and Innovation pipeline management, under the guidance of the Global Senior Director, American Whiskey.
Working closely with the Global Senior Director, American Whiskey, and in collaboration with cross-functional partners and local markets, the Global Brand Manager helps translate brand strategy into clear plans, tools, and initiatives that support consistent and effective execution across markets.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $101,175-134,900. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
