Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market analysis and strategic assessments to develop recommendations that address global business growth challenges. Analyze market trends to devise advertising buying strategies, engage in channel comparison, material localization, and clear target audience positioning. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives that enhance user retention, setting both long- and short-term project goals with defined implementation timelines. Collaborate with external media partners for targeted advertising and growth projects. Monitor attribution models and revenue calculations for products to assess advertising campaign effectiveness. Research and stay updated about global media advertising platforms. Mentor junior-level team members. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Media, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Media, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting market research and audience testing for company's products and product features; Processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy; Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit; Identifying leading metrics and objectives for marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing campaigns based on analysis to assist management realize revenue growth and customer retention; and Providing marketing project management, including the following: (1) Creating project plans by setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; and (2) performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the project standards.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.
