We're looking for a commercially minded relationship leader who excels at building executive partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities, and helping global organisations maximise the value of their learning investments.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic global accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and helping clients solve complex workforce and capability challenges.

Working closely with customers, delivery teams and subject matter experts, you'll identify opportunities to expand our Managed Learning Services and broader talent transformation solutions while ensuring exceptional client outcomes and long-term retention.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build Strategic Client Partnerships and developing trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including learning, talent, HR and business leaders.
• Understand client priorities and align GP Strategies' solutions to support their business objectives.
• Lead executive business reviews that demonstrate measurable value and impact and drive Growth Within Existing Accounts
• Identify expansion opportunities across services, geographies and business units and develop multi-year account growth plans and strategic roadmaps.
• Partner with solution, delivery and commercial teams to create compelling client solutions.
• Champion Innovation
• Help clients leverage AI-enabled learning, workforce transformation and modern learning strategies.
• Bring new ideas, insights and best practices to client discussions and position GP Strategies as a strategic partner and thought leader.
• Lead Commercial Success
• Support renewals, contract negotiations and portfolio planning.
• Manage commercial performance, forecasting and account governance.
• Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strong business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience managing strategic enterprise accounts in learning, talent, consulting, HR services, business services or related industries.
• Proven success growing revenue and expanding existing client relationships.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong consultative, commercial and relationship management skills.
• Fluent German and English language capability.
• Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organisation.

We'd Be Particularly Interested In Speaking To You If You Have:

• Experience working with Chief Learning Officers, Heads of Talent, HR Transformation leaders or equivalent executives.
• Exposure to Managed Learning Services, Learning & Development, Talent Management or Workforce Transformation solutions.
• Experience supporting organisations within automotive, manufacturing, industrial or engineering sectors.
• A passion for helping organisations unlock performance through learning and skills development.
