Purpose of Position

The Global Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, creation, and execution of communications that enhance the Employee experience across NetJets Inc. and its portfolio brands. This position helps develop clear, consistent messaging for internal audiences through email, print, digital publications, multimedia channels, and company events.

This individual will support global communications strategies by partnering with internal stakeholders across NetJets U.S., EJM, and NJE to understand business priorities, identify appropriate communication channels, and help connect Employees to each companys mission, culture, and strategy. The Global Communications Specialist will assist with researching, drafting, editing, and threading key messages to ensure Employees and Leaders are informed, engaged, and connected to the business.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Initiates, creates, and develops communications for internal departments and global business partners, identifying appropriate channels based on audience, message, and stakeholder needs.
• Supports NetJets U.S., EJM, and NJE communications by helping draft content tailored to Employees across multiple companies, functions, and locations.
• Maximizes technology to ensure communication channels and platforms provide an effective Employee experience and support information sharing across the organization.
• Supports and ideates company events, including planning, logistics, communication needs, and execution.
• Assists with communication needs, campaigns, and strategies for key company initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned to broader business priorities.
• Supports the editing process for companywide and global communication needs, including announcements, articles, digital content, multimedia messaging, and leadership communications.
• Helps create and support communication templates to promote consistency across departments, companies, and global audiences.
• Builds collaborative partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to support alignment, strengthen final output, and ensure communications meet business and audience needs.
• Assists with crisis communications for digital channels, media, and internal messages, as directed.
• Participates in special project teams that support global communications, employee engagement, and business initiatives.
