Global Compliance & SOX Director

The Global Compliance & SOX Director at Videojet will lead the company''s internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit programmes across Asia, the Americas, and EMEA. This hybrid role involves managing a team of regional compliance leaders, overseeing the end-to-end SOX 404 programme, and acting as a key advisor to senior finance and business leaders. Responsibilities include designing and executing audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, coordinating with external auditors, and implementing new policies. The role requires an active CPA certification, a bachelor''s degree in Accounting, and at least 13 years of progressive experience in audit and accounting within a global, multi-site organisation. The salary range is $175,000-$200,000 USD per year, with additional benefits.
