Role Summary
Slalom is seeking a highly experienced Global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Lead to design, stand up, and operationalize an enterprise-wide contingent workforce program. This role will own end-to-end strategy, governance, policy, vendor management, and operating model development for a global CW ecosystem inclusive of agency workers, independent contractors, consultants, and other non-FTE labor models.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
* Program Strategy & Design: Define strategy, program pillars, future expansions, and assess VMS/MSP feasibility.
* Policy & Governance Framework: Worker definitions, compliance, IC classification, LOS, break in service, regulations, subcontracting, access, approvals, and FTE conversions.
* Program Resources & Ecosystem: Define vendors, workers, internal stakeholders, and assignment manager roles.
* Vendor Management: Performance scorecards, auditing, SLA tracking, vendor selection and offboarding.
* Commercials & Contracting: Rate cards, contract structures (MSA/SOW), standard terms, SLAs.
* Roles & Responsibilities: Define RACI across Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Security, Vendors.
* Reporting & Insights: Spend, cost savings, headcount, compliance metrics.
* Processes & Operations: Onboarding, approval routing, offboarding (urgent/scheduled/mass), equipment audits, ER and vendor issue management.
* Implementation & Change Management: Timeline, communications, and training for assignment managers.
Experience & Qualifications
* 8+ years of contingent workforce, HR, procurement, or workforce transformation experience.
* Proven experience standing up a global CW program.
* Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
Success Profile
* Strategic and execution-oriented leader capable of delivering results within a fixed 6-month timeframe.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly rate for this fixed term role is $35-$45/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
