This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities Provide full department backup and serve as the knowledge base of data operationsSupport operational and special project data reporting and technology needs, including test case creation and report findings/discrepanciesSupport user acceptance testing of technologyGenerate and analyze reporting for clients and internal procedural requirementsInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reportsCompare data from multiple sites, identify inconsistencies, and propose resolutionsProvide operational feedback on workflow and recommend efficiency opportunitiesReview procedures related to current processes and track updates as they evolveRespond directly to clients and stakeholders regarding reporting requirements and related questions as directedTrack and complete projects within scope by the agreed upon deadlinesQualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related operations support roleStrong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and chartingExperience preparing recurring and adhoc reports for business stakeholders using various toolsAbility to compile, analyze, and present data accurately and clearly with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain findings to non‑technical audiencesAbility to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunitiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProfessional, collaborative approach when working across teams and with stakeholdersExperience in records management, inventory controls, or operational processes is a plusAdditional Information The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $25.24-$36.78/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Compensation may also include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or standby pay.
