POSITION TITLE: Global Digital Analytics Manager

DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Corporate Communications

  • POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field required; equivalent education combined with relevant Federated Hermes experience will be considered. Concentration in Quantitative Analysis, Market Research, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role, including statistical analysis, digital campaign analysis, predictive analytics, segmentation, or research analytics required; 3+ years of experience working within or closely partnering with a marketing team preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager required.
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, analytical tools, and macros) and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, content management systems, social media monitoring/listening tools, and consent/privacy management platforms preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing campaign management and performance analysis preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, their capabilities, and social monitoring/listening tools preferred.
  • Understanding of lead generation, lead management, and sales funnel processes preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry terminology required; knowledge of mutual funds and distribution models preferred.

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Own global performance reporting across Federated Hermes digital ecosystem, including websites, portals, email, social media, and paid and earned channels. Establish KPI frameworks and deliver recurring performance reporting aligned with enterprise and business-line objectives.
  • Create and deliver executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and in-depth analyses that identify performance drivers, highlight trends and risks, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Integrate and standardize data from web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, email, social media, and internal databases to create a consistent view of demand generation and engagement. Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights stakeholders can use to drive decisions.
  • Build and maintain a scalable self-service reporting environment using Excel, business intelligence tools, and other platforms. Develop standardized metrics, audience segments, templates, and reporting packages across campaigns, business lines, and regions.
  • Lead digital measurement governance and data quality initiatives by identifying data gaps, defining tagging and tracking requirements, and partnering with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, compliance, and auditability.
  • Serve as the global marketing analytics leader and platform strategist for core digital marketing capabilities, including web, email, social media, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Translate platform capabilities and limitations into scalable operating standards, best practices, and training that support consistent execution across teams.
  • Oversee measurement of marketing automation and lead-scoring effectiveness by monitoring funnel progression, aligning lifecycle definitions with Marketing and Sales, and reporting on lead quality, conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline impact.
  • Develop and manage a global test-and-learn program for digital experiences. Establish testing methodologies, success metrics, and reporting standards, and leverage insights to scale successful approaches across channels and regions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and other business teams to translate business objectives into measurement strategies, align on success criteria, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
