Summary
The Global Event Ticket Sales Agent & Premium Package Consultant is a high-energy, results-driven role responsible for generating revenue by selling premium tickets, corporate packages, VIP experiences, and exclusive access to a diverse portfolio of entertainment events, concerts, fashion shows, and global branded experiences. Reporting directly to Owner/CEO Lydell Michaels, this role requires exceptional sales acumen, a proactive approach to lead generation, strong cross-cultural client management skills, and a deep understanding of the global events market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Sales & Revenue Generation (Sales Agent Focus)
Ticket & Package Sales: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure sales of high-value event tickets, VIP passes, hospitality packages, and corporate bulk orders for events worldwide.
International Client Management: Manage sales pipelines and client relations across multiple time zones, ensuring rapid, professional communication with corporate clients, tour promoters, and high-net-worth individuals globally.
Sponsorship & Partnership Consulting: Identify and present potential sponsorship or promotional packages tied to events, expanding revenue beyond simple ticket sales.
Financial Administration: Negotiate and process sales orders in multiple currencies, ensure accurate invoicing, and track client payments from global sources, coordinating with the agency’s finance team (commission is 15% to 30% as per contract structure).
2. Lead Generation & Market Development (Consultant Focus)
Market Analysis & Targeting: Actively research and identify new corporate clients, luxury travel agencies, and industry promoters across international markets (U.S., Europe, Asia) that require premium event access.
Sales Material Development: Work with the agency to advise on necessary sales materials and collateral (e.g., pitch decks, package brochures) to enhance market readiness in diverse global markets, securing written approval for any advanced marketing expenses over $100.00 before they are incurred.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute bespoke, globally-aware sales strategies, identifying market-specific opportunities to maximize package sales in key territories.
3. Client Relationship Management (CRM Focus)
Account Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume clients, ensuring a superior client experience from initial inquiry through event fulfillment and post-sale follow-up.
Contract Acumen: Uphold compliance with all ticket sales agreements, payment terms, and confidentiality clauses, especially when handling sensitive client data and high-value transactions.
IP & Confidentiality: Ensure the security of all client lists and proprietary sales data, respecting varying international data privacy laws.

Compensation
This role begins as a high-potential, performance-based Independent Contractor position.
Commission: Competitive commission structure on all sales secured (15% to 30% of gross revenue).
Reimbursement: Reimbursement for pre-approved business expenses, including necessary travel for international market development.
Transition Potential: Outstanding sales performance and dedication may lead to a transition into a salaried employee role under a new, updated agreement.
